Due to our longstanding relationships and hundreds of investors we work with at any time, we have direct access to builders at great pricing for these off-market, below value properties. We work with over 30 builders to service our investors’ needs. About 95% of the properties we sell are off-market, new construction single-family, 2-4 unit, and small multi-family properties. These homes typically come “rent ready”, so they already include the things we recommend prior to leasing. Therefore, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your rental income once you purchase! We hold your hand through the entire process and typically have between 80 and 140 properties on our available list at any given time.
